Refund policy
If you receive a damaged parcel, you must lodge a claim with Australia Post. Please take your parcel to your nearest Corporate Australia Post office (not an LPO) to submit the claim. If you are unable to visit a post office, you can contact Australia Post directly on 137678 and submit the claim over the phone.
Customers can claim up to $100 in compensation for their order through Australia Post. You must keep the parcel and provide clear photos and videos of the damage, as these are required for the claim process. Without photos or videos, a claim or refund will not be possible.
Please do not contact me for a refund unless you have received a faulty item. If the value of your order is over $100, please contact me so I can submit the claim on your behalf. In this case, you will still need to keep the parcel and provide photos and videos for the claim to proceed.
All parcels are packaged carefully to Australia Post standards using Australia Post boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and fragile tape to help protect your items during shipping.
Most of our items are made-to-order, including custom cups. Once a custom order has been made, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please carefully consider your design choices, wraps, glitter, and colours before confirming your order for snow globe or fluid cups.
Our glass tumblers and mugs are not recommended for boiling or very hot drinks. Exposure to boiling liquids may cause the glass to crack or weaken over time, which can lead to breakage. If you choose to use hot liquids, this is at your own discretion, and we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by heat.
